My old friend Suzuki Kei painted this New Year's card which offers prayers for a good year at the three mountains of Tono: Rokkoushi, Hayachine, and Ishigami. We both lived in villages on the way to Ishigami. Kei, now in her mid-80's, wrote that she was spending the holidays at home with her husband. May health and happiness be theirs.
