I finally cleared off the pile of papers on my desk and found this Holiday postcard from Paul and Joen Madonna. I love his pen/ink drawings and story snippets.

Spring Soon?


My favorite fabric store sent this wonderful grasshopper card announcing their spring sale. I'll miss it but was there recently and loaded up on black fasteners, snap tape and soft waistband material. No I'm not making a dress. They'll turn into postcards and button bracelets.

Tiger Leaping Gold Mountain


Here's a cool tiger card from Creativity Explored advertising their upcoming show celebrating the Chinese Lunar New Year. Gold Mountain is synonymous with California - a mountain of gold for gold diggers and the golden hills in the summer when the grasses dry up.
