Fabulous, fabulous stamps from a Finnish postcrosser who used a vintage (well, pre-euro) stamp of midsummer roses on a vintage postcard. The charming stamp of the little girl blowing a traditional birch bark horn, once used by cowherds, is more recent but looks vintage.

This postcrosser from Australia tore, then reassembled this card. The result is totally amazing! On the back, she spilled some coffee (or tea perhaps) and wrote a poem.

Altered into Multiview

I received this amazing card from a postcrosser in Rihimaki, Finland. When I took off the staple at the top, the card opened up into a letter. Each of the small pictures represent special events in this postcrosser's life. What a delight to receive this card in the mail!

Stapled from Lithuania

This cool card from a postcrosser in Lithuania was punched (at the lower left corner), stickered and stapled along the sides. I especially liked the use of stapes as decorative elements.

Serenely Surreal Altered Card

At first looks like a regular postcard but upon close inspection, serene landscapes and people have been cleverly glued on. Great altered card from C. Rizzuto of Sunnyvale, CA.

The Glasgow School

My friend Helen sent this beautiful postcard from Scotland. The artist is Margaret Macdonald and painting is called "The White Rose and the Red Rose." Helen enjoyed a private tour of the Glasgow School of Art, which was designed by Rennie Mack.
