A fabulous altered card from a British Postcrosser! She didn't like the idea of defacing a card but forced herself to use a very old one. She used quilling tapes of various widths to make the Union Jack. Very successful result with the blue water/sky in the background! Reminds me that I have all these quilling tapes for making snowflakes somewhere in my Martha Stewart room.
